We collect the following personal and device information:
The information that you enter during visiting www.mixcder.com and the setup of Mixcder hardware and software, such as name, email address, phone number.
Personal Identifiers that you may create, including user name, account number, password.
Information about your Mixcder device, such as its IP address, activity logs and configuration.
Information and data gathered by Mixcder’s devices and sensors, such as activity, movement and motion, video footage and audio data.
Information about your mobile devices including type, brand, model and serial number, mobile device ID, operating system, MAC info and mobile service provider.
Geographic, location based information and data. To make use of Mixcder’s optional feature, which automatically arms and disarms Mixcder based on the proximity of a user’s mobile device, Mixcder will uses information from your Wi-Fi routers.
Payment information that is provided when you purchase products or services from us, for example, credit card details so that we can carry out a transaction on purchases made.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
Improve the service provided to you, both in terms of technical functionality and customer service / support. This information helps us to make our websites, products and services better over time.
Assist you if you have any difficulties or issues using Mixcder software or hardware.

Maintain your account and perform back up operations.

We will share information in order to comply with the law or to protect our legal rights. For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We do not share information with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
Our websites, products and services are designed for adult use. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian.

We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Policy. We also keep information as otherwise required by law.
We store information in and outside the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States or our offices in other countries. Our sites are subject to U.S. laws, which may not provide the same level of protection as those in your country.
Mixcder video storage is enabled by default. The user has the option within the app to disable cloud storage, if desired, with the result being video footage to be only stored locally. Even when cloud storage is disabled, low resolution GIF image files need to be uploaded for Mixcder to function properly.
We use common tracking technologies.
We or our vendors use common tracking tools. These may include browser or flash cookies. It may also include pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies.
